“I’ve been living at Rena Valley Apartments for six years, and this community just keeps getting better and better! It’s a very clean place with an awesome little pool and a nice dog park. For families living close together, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I haven’t seen a single bug in the entire six years I’ve been here. Safety is excellent too — several law enforcement officers live here, and we even have a police officer on duty that residents can call if needed. That gives everyone extra peace of mind. Deborah is an awesome property manager. If you ever have any problems or concerns, you can always reach out to her and she’ll take care of it right away. She’s so easy to talk to and genuinely cares. She’s not just my property manager — she’s become a good friend. I’ve known her for going on five years now, and she does a lot to make this a great place to live. Robert, our maintenance guy, is a wonderful person who really knows his stuff. He doesn’t do any shoddy work — everything he does looks so clean and professional. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I was really looking forward to the pool opening today for Memorial Day (the weather is perfect — partly cloudy with a high of 86°F), but I understand it’s delayed because the state of Arkansas requires a phone to be installed outside the pool area. Safety comes first, and I know it’ll be handled well. For the bang for your buck, Rena Valley is the best deal in town. It’s next to a great school, plus school choice makes other options easy if you want them. It’s also super convenient — close to shopping centers, grocery stores, and entertainment.
